Sarah has dedicated herself to the mission-based, community-supporting nonprofit industry for the past 16 years. She has led and developed many organizations out of crisis and into a place of wellness and balance. Her expertise lies in leading organizational change processes, transforming nonprofits from a place of insecurity and instability to a place of sustainability and solvency. In addition to her empirical wisdom, Sarah comes to the table with a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership, as well as International Coaching Federation accredited Executive Coach and Organizational Development Coaching certifications. ​

Services:
Leadership Development, Coaching and Inherited Trauma Therapy:
I support board development, leadership, teams, and executive transitions. I also provide individual coaching and Inherited Trauma Therapy to people at all levels of the organization
Fundraising:
A solid and diverse fundraising strategy is a critical aspect for every nonprofit organization. We bring high yield expertise and support in the cultivation of donor strategies, grant-writing strategies, fundraising events and silent auctions.

Basic Fiscal Evaluation and Planning:
After a thorough financial review our team will make recommendations to support the organization on its way to a simpler, cleaner financial future.

High performing teams increase impact, engagement, and satisfaction. We support internal teams (staff and board), as well as cross-organizational teams via coalitions and strategic partnerships.
Organizational restructuring:
Perhaps the current structural paradigm of your organization is not sustainable or serving your best interests? We take a look at the foundation of the organization to assess the effectiveness of the inner workings from the ground up and make recommendations where inefficiencies or dysfunction may have emerged. We are available to lead the restructuring as needed.
